Chloe is an alumna of WoLab’s Actor-Writer course and Sheffield Theatres Bank Cohort. She is passionate about bold, northern, feminist narratives, stories that give a voice to the voiceless and writing that utilises humour to explore serious issues.

Her writing has been performed at various venues across the UK, including Greenwich Theatre, Hull Truck, Stephen Joseph Theatre, Belgrade Theatre, Lawrence Batley, & Storyhouse.

Chloe is the reigning champion at Birmingham Rep Theatre’s MonologueSlam with her self-penned comedy piece, May I Take Your Order, and her first full length play, As SHE Likes It, inspired by the story of #MeToo pioneer Patricia Douglas, reached the top 9% of plays in The Women’s Prize for Playwriting (‘Chloe Wade has created a multi-media theatrical play that is THE moment’ Londontheatre1).

Chloe recently designed & facilitated 6-week creative writing course for Sheffield Theatres Young Company. She is mentored by Olivier Award Winning writer Morgan Lloyd Malcolm (Emilia/The Wasp).
